You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including the 3D shed builder, servers, or networks connected to the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Site.

Pricing and building specifications generated by the 3D shed builder are estimates provided for informational purposes and are subject to change. Final pricing, availability, delivery fees, and rent-to-own terms are confirmed by the Douglas Branch at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or specifications without notice.

Rent-to-own ("RTO") agreements are subject to credit approval and the terms of a separate rental-purchase agreement. No credit check representations and promotional terms are offered at the discretion of Stor-Mor and its financing partners. RTO availability, monthly payment amounts, and payoff terms vary by building and location. Contact the Douglas Branch for full RTO terms and disclosures.

Free delivery and normal setup are included up to 50 miles from the Douglas Branch. Deliveries beyond 50 miles may incur additional fees. Site preparation, including leveling and a suitable base, is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, building designs, and software, is the property of Stor-Mor Portable Buildings or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and content that we do not control. We assume no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or content of any third-party site.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stor-Mor Portable Buildings and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stor-Mor Portable Buildings and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
